Wimbd Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Full Rules

Wimbd is an online gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi players. By using our services, you agree to the following general terms and conditions.

Wimbd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, Wimbd reserves the right to cancel the account at any time, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts is considered fraudulent and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Use a strong password and keep two-factor authentication enabled to secure your account. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Wimbd supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. No withdrawals will be processed without verification. Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Wimbd reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for review. Transactions linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

No fees are charged on deposits, though your payment provider's own charges may apply. Wimbd does not charge any additional fees on withdrawals.

All Wimbd bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those terms.

Wimbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Winnings earned through bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.

Misuse of promotional offers — such as using the same offer across multiple accounts or engaging in bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is identified, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

All games at Wimbd operate using internationally recognized RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and impartial.

For Sports Betting, Wimbd offers internationally competitive odds. If an event is cancelled after a bet is confirmed, the stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned mid-way, the result will be determined based on the amount of play completed.

If a technical error occurs during a Live Casino game, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wimbd platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Operating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's information
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Using any software or bots to play games
• Money laundering or fraudulent financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff
• Allowing anyone under 18 to access or use the account

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraudulent activity.
